33b Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the 33b platform ("we", "us", "33b") and any user ("you", "member"). By using 33b's website, mobile app, or any digital channel to access our services, you automatically agree to this Agreement.

The meanings of key terms used in this Agreement are given below:

• Platform: 33b's website, application, and all related digital services.
• Member / User: Any person who has registered with 33b or is using its services.
• Account: A member's personal profile through which all activities on the platform are conducted.
• Real Money Balance: Actual funds (money) deposited into a member's account.
• Bonus Balance: Funds received through promotions that can be used under specific conditions.
• Wagering Requirement: The condition specifying how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.

These terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh. If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining parts of the Agreement will continue to apply.

To open an account and use services on 33b, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must register using a valid, active mobile number.
• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• You may not open an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person.

At the time of registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account and any balance may be forfeited.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and all accumulated funds may be forfeited.

33b reserves the right to verify the identity of any account at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended until this process is completed.

3.1 Identity Verification Documents

• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate
• Driving License

3.2 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x, meaning the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the bonus terms.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• 33b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse of the bonus system is suspected, the account will be investigated.

5.3 Cashback Offers

Members may receive cashback benefits during specific promotional periods. The cashback amount and terms will be stated separately with each offer.

All betting and gaming activities on 33b are conducted under specific rules. Members must follow these rules.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If any bet is not properly recorded due to a technical error, 33b's determination will be considered final.

6.2 Technical Errors

33b reserves the right to void any displayed result or winnings arising from a technical error caused by software or server issues. In such cases, the original stake of the affected bet will be refunded.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

A defined maximum winnings limit may apply to specific games or betting markets. This limit will be stated in the relevant game or section.

6.4 Sports Betting

Separate rules apply for betting on various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the original stake will be refunded.

The 33b VIP Program has 5 tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and exclusive benefits. Your VIP tier progress depends on your activity on the platform.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. 33b reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time. Your VIP tier may be downgraded if you remain inactive for an extended period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33b platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Organized betting to gain unfair advantage from the bonus system ("bonus hunting").
• Deliberately identifying and exploiting technical errors or bugs.
• Betting using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Stealing or misusing other members' account information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Engaging in harassing behavior toward other members or staff.

9.1 Suspension by 33b

33b reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies.

9.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any eligible balance will remain withdrawable.

33b places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never have a negative impact on your financial or mental wellbeing.

• You can set deposit limits or betting limits for yourself.
• You can use the "cool-off" option for a temporary break.
